Your inquiries and business mean a great deal to us, but do allow a few days for us to return initial communication. Revival Tileworks is a small studio. We have a full studio schedule and the same hands which type at the keyboard also carve the clay, pound the tile and fire the kilns !
I do my best to answer each email and answer general inquiries and new requests twice a week.

all items are kept in stock in all colors at all times.

Often there is a period of back and

with design, and can provide layout drawings, some design services. We
have access to traditional designs as well as the ability to create and
complete original and commissioned work.

Once a quote and 'request for payment'
prepayment, or a 50% deposit on larger orders is sent to
|TERMS||Orders under $600 and all in stock orders must be paid
at the time the order is placed. Payment is by check , money
order or PAYPAL.
Shipping and handling charges are paid by customer and added to the price of items purchases. We will quote you a price. Small orders are usually shipped via FedEx Ground. In general, figure an additional 10% to cost of items, though this can vary, depending on the size and weight of items ordered. Large orders may be shipped by Fed Ex Ground or by truck. We can help you asses the best way, but shipping charges are the responsibility of the client. For larger orders, extra packing charges may apply.
On orders over $600 and on all custom orders, after a customer receives a quote a 50 % deposit is due, before work can proceed. 50 % balance is due upon completion along with any applicable shipping and handling charges.
No material may be returned for credit without prior written authorization. Materials authorized for return are subject to a 20% handling charge plus freight charges. No returns accepted after 30 days from pickup/delivery date. No returns can be made on special order tile.
Normal completion time for an order is 6-10 weeks. If

It is extremely important that the client order a sufficient
of tile to meet their needs. We advise that clients order extra tile if
they are unsure about the exact square footage. Responsibility for
proper amount of tile, referred to as the 'take off', is the

Owing to the variation in shade, which is inherent in all
products, any claims regarding color variation or possible defects in
